Warranty Policy
- Thanks for your support in our products! In order to supply better service, please read this warranty service policy after you purchase our products .
- 1. Waranty differs from 3 months to 1 year, depending on the products.
- 2. This warranty covers ONLY those defects that resulted from normal use of the product, and does not cover any other problems, including those that resulted from:
a. Improper maintenance or modification;
b. Software, parts or supplies not provided or supported by Popever Enterprise Limited;
c. Unauthorized modification or misuse.
d. Hostile opration environments, or natural disaster such as thunder, fire, flood and other acts of God.
e. Damage of the appearance of the products.
f. Uncrating, setup, installation or the removal and re-installation of products after repair.
- 3. If your requirement for warranty subject to condistions listed above, we will collect the maintaining cost. For detailed charge of the maintenance, please contact us for confirmation tech@popever.com
- 4. Popever have no obligation to repair, replace, or refund until getting the defective product from customers.
- 5. The customer is responsible for freight for replaced products. Repaired or replaced products will be returned as soon as possible. Transportation cost of returning and receiving the repaired products will be at buyer's expenses after the warranty time.
- 6. If the defective product(NOT resulted from thoese reasons marked a-b above) can not be repaired or replaced, and which is covered by our warranty, we will refund during your re-order.
- 7. Above after-sale policy only apply to products supplied directly by Popever Enterprise Limited.
