What is view range of camera?

This passage explains what is the viewable earea of a camera, and gives picutes as examples to demonstrate. The examples below are based on a CCD Camera with a 1/3" Image Sensor. CMOS and cameras with different size image sensors will vary from these numbers, but this guide can be used in those cases as an approximation.
   
Actual Examples of Field of Vision
This car is parked 10 meters away from the camera. Notice how the car appears closer and how there is a narrower field of view as the lens size becomes larger
